Rebecca Hill

Centre Director

I bring over 30 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector and hold both an Advanced Diploma and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working across a diverse range of roles, including educator, trainer and assessor, compliance coordinator, early childhood officer, and centre manager. These varied experiences have deepened my commitment to advocating for children and promoting high-quality early learning outcomes.

I am passionate about delivering the highest standard of education and care for children. I strongly believe in creating positive, age-appropriate, and developmentally responsive environments where children feel supported to explore, discover, and flourish. I recognise that children learn best through play and am dedicated to ensuring they are provided with meaningful opportunities to develop skills, build confidence, and grow within a safe, nurturing, and respectful environment.

I believe families and the wider community play an essential role in our service. Everyone brings unique skills, experiences, cultures and stories that enrich our learning environment and provide valuable opportunities for both children and educators to learn and grow.

By building strong, respectful partnerships with families, we create a sense of belonging and shared responsibility for each child’s learning journey. When families feel welcomed, heard and involved, children develop greater confidence, security and pride in their identity. I am committed to fostering open communication, collaboration and meaningful community connections that strengthen our service and support positive outcomes for all children.

meet the team

At our centre, we are proud to have a passionate and dedicated team of educators who embody our core values of connection, support, and empowerment. Each educator brings their own strengths, creativity, and deep commitment to nurturing the whole child.

You’ll find us actively engaging with children through thoughtful, play-based learning, sparking curiosity with open-ended questions, and creating environments where children feel safe, capable, and inspired. Our team is intentional, reflective, and always learning—working together to provide a warm, inclusive, and enriching early childhood experience for every family who walks through our doors.

From our nurturing baby room to our vibrant Kindy spaces, our educators are focused on fostering belonging, supporting children’s development, and building genuine, lasting relationships with families and the community.
