My name is Karen McPhail and I have over 27 years experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care industry. I have worked in many centres across the Gold Coast, both as a Lead Educator (with experience in all age groups), Preschool Teacher and then as a Director for many years.

I am Miss Sarah, and I’m the Lead Educator of the Nursery. I am a qualified Early Childhood Teacher with over 14 years of experience. I have only just recently relocated from New Zealand to the golden shores of the Gold Coast.

Kia Ora and Hello! My name is Miss Nikki and I am the proud mother of 4 beautiful children and one Moko (Grandchild). My husband and I moved to Australia 14 years ago from New Zealand. I am the Lead Educator in the Junior Kindergarten here at Elm Tree Ormeau.
